Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. The tracking number will be valid for 24 hours.

Damage:

Poolly.shop is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Before filing a claim, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.
